BPW is dedicated to the personal and professional development and growth of its' members and women within the workforce.
Our members include women and men from all fields of work and professions. Some are students just beginning to explore the possibilities or young and newly entering the workforce while others are retired and wish to mentor others or are displaced workers searching for a new direction. No matter their situation our members join together to learn, grow, and support each other and their communities across the state. |

Local Organizations meet on a regular basis in their respective towns to enjoy programs, conduct business, and plan events. If a local organization is not in your area you are still welcome to join as a member-at-large (member not affiliated with a local organization) or start your own local. All Kansas BPW members are a part of the greater state BPW Federation and Foundation.
